I’ll be back

Fashion weeks with real shows again

A god of fashion leads his muses — the fashion show “STEPHANE ROLLAND” (picture: Christian Janssen)

The French fashion designer Stéphane Rolland, also grand couturier, presented a collection on the stage of the Théâtre du Châtelet on 5ᵗʰ July 2022. He remained true to his favourite shapes and colours, namely black, white, and red.

The fashion designer Yara Shoemaker from Syria, based in Florida, changed the paradigm for her brand “FOVARI” in responsibility for the environment so that creating became more important than producing. For her, clouds were parts of the cycle of water as the symbol of life; their perfume was all human beings’ soul and stood for humanity. Hence the light materials of the collection “LE PARFUM DES NUAGES” were ethereal while architecture was the red thread for refined elegance and timeless chic. There were vaporous cloud sleeves of taffeta, airy skirts of silk organza, high-waisted pants of silk satin and tops of silk crepe in the Hôtel Le Marois on 4ᵗʰ July 2022. The purple, blue, and orange of a summer rain, beyond the black with sparkling accents like that of a starry night, the white of milk, the silver of zenith, and the pale pink of dawn, passed through the collection. The Serbian fashion designer Stefan Đoković showed the collection “TRİANON” of his brand “STEFAN DJOKOVICH” in the Hôtel Le Marois on 4ᵗʰ July 2022, too.
